L’obiettivo del bando è quello di offrire a giovani filmmaker italiani e serbi under trenta, la possibilità di presentare le proprie opere ai professionisti del cinema italiano e serbo (produttori, distributori, attori, sceneggiatori) nonché protagonisti del “Festival del cinema Italo-Serbo di Belgrado”, con l’opportunità di dimostrare il proprio talento ad affermati operatori del settore cinematografico, protagonisti della scena internazionale.
1. REGOLAMENTO
“Short with a view on fe(u)ature” è un bando esclusivo per giovani filmmaker. Per partecipare al concorso, i candidati dovranno compilare il form presente sulla piattaforma online dedicata all’evento e accettare condizioni e regolamento.
Sono ammessi contenuti di ogni genere e formato di lingua italiana, serba e inglese, purché rispettinoqueste due semplici caratteristiche:
- durata minima 3 min fino a massimo 15 min (titoli inclusi)
- filmmaker di età inferiore ai 30 anni
I video dovranno essere caricati entro e non oltre il 5 settembre.
La partecipazione è gratuita.
2. GIURIE E PREMI
La giuria composta da professionisti che parteciperanno al Festival di Belgrado, sceglierà i sei migliori cortometraggi: tre italiani e tre serbi.
I sei migliori cortometraggi verranno presentati durante il Festival presso la “sala srpskog filma”, la giuria popolare insieme alla giuria di esperti decreterà il vincitore a suo insindacabile giudizio.
Il vincitore verrà comunicato durante la serata finale del “Festival Italo-Serbo di Belgrado” il 23 Settembre e avrà la possibilità di discutere del suo cortometraggio con gli esperti cinematografici presenti all’evento.
L’organizzazione del festival faciliterà al vincitore la possibilità di connettersi con produzioni italiane e serbe, col potenziale fine di produrre un suo futuro progetto.
3. CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI AMMISSIONE ALLA PRE-SELEZIONE
Verranno tenute in considerazione solo le opere prodotte dal 2021.
Copia del film per la pre-selezione in HD (possibilmente in formato mp4) scaricabile tramite link riservato o tramite la piattaforma online del festival entro e non oltre il 5 Settembre.
4. OPERE SELEZIONATE
L’invito del film deve rimanere assolutamente confidenziale fino all’annuncio ufficiale da parte del Festival.
La programmazione generale e gli orari delle proiezioni sono di competenza esclusiva della Direzione del Festival e saranno comunicati non appena possibili.
5. COSTI ED IMPEGNI
“Short with a view on fe(u)ature” non prevede nessun costo per l’ingresso in pre-selezione.
6. DELEGAZIONI
L’organizzazione del “Festival del Cinema Italo-Serbo” si riserva di invitare un delegato del film vincitore (regista, produttore, distributore, attore). Le spese di viaggio e soggiorno sono a carico dell’organizzazione.
7. DISPOSIZIONI FINALI
La partecipazione al Festival comporta l’accettazione del presente regolamento. È responsabilità di produttori, distributori o altri soggetti che presentano il film, garantire di essere legittimamente autorizzati ad iscrivere il film. Per ogni eventuale contestazione sull’interpretazione del regolamento farà fede il testo originale redatto in italiano.
Ogni eventuale controversia riguardante l’interpretazione e l’esecuzione del presente regolamento, nonché i rapporti dipendenti dalla partecipazione al Festival, sarà devoluta alla competenza funzionale del Foro di Roma.

The aim of the call is to offer to young Italian and Serbian filmmakers under thirty the opportunity to present their works to Italian and Serbian cinema professionals (producers, distributors, actors, screenwriters) as well as protagonists of the “Italian Serbian Film festival of Belgrade”, with the opportunity to demonstrate their talent to the professionals of cinema sector, protagonists of the international scene.
1. REGULATION
“Short with a view on fe (u) ature” is an exclusive call for young filmmakers. To participate in the competition, candidates must fill out the form on the online platform dedicated to the event and accept the conditions and regulations.
Contents of all kinds and formats in Italian, Serbian and English are allowed, as long as they respect these two simple characteristics:
- minimum duration 3 minutes up to maximum 15 minutes (including titles)
- filmmaker under the age of 30
The videos must be uploaded no later than 5th September.
Participation is free.
2. JURIES AND AWARDS
The jury made up of professionals who will participate in the Belgrade Festival will choose the six best short films: three Italians and three Serbs.
The six best short films will be presented during the Festival at the “Kinoteka Jugoslava”, the popular jury together with the expert jury will decide the winner at its sole discretion.
The winner will be announced during the final evening of the “Italian Serbian Film Festival” on 27th of September and will have the opportunity to discuss his short film with the film experts attending the event.
The organization of the festival will make it easier for the winner to connect with Italian and Serbian productions, with the potential to produce his own future project.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION TO THE PRE-SELECTION
Only works produced from 2021 will be taken into consideration.
Copy of the film for pre-selection in HD (possibly in mp4 format) downloadable via a private link or via the festival’s online platform no later than September the 5th.
4. SELECTED WORKS
The invitation of the film must remain absolutely confidential until the official announcement by the Festival.
The general programming and screening times are the exclusive responsibility of the Festival Management and will be communicated as soon as possible.
5. COSTS AND COMMITMENTS
“Short with a view on fe (u) ature” does not include any cost for admission in pre-selection.
6. DELEGATIONS
The organization of the “Italian-Serbian Film Festival” reserves the right to invite a delegate of the winning film (director, producer, distributor, actor). Travel and accommodation expenses are borne by the organization.
7. FINAL PROVISIONS
Participation in the Festival implies acceptance of these regulations. It is the responsibility of producers, distributors or other entities presenting the film to ensure that they are legitimately authorized to submit the film. For any dispute on the interpretation of the regulation, the original text drawn up in Italian will prevail.
Any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of this regulation, as well as the relationships dependent on participation in the Festival, will be devolved to the functional competence of the Court of Rome, Italy.
